Vice President Operations

Our client is a national leader in its industry and has created a new position on its executive management team.
The Vice President will manage day to day operations of the division and supervise a staff of thirty analysts and support personnel. The Vice President will develop strong business relationships with key client management personnel; improve overall effectiveness and business unit results. And, develop market strategies including issues and trends to increase business unit revenues.

Requires 8-12 years of management and operational experience within health care or health insurance industry. BSBA in finance, accounting or related field. Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including setting o goals and priorities and problem solving expertise.
Salary is to $150,000 + bonuses and relocation is provided .
