Following a career in international management consulting and production operations, Pam entered the field of executive recruiting in 1988. She has an extensive background in recruiting for Fortune 500 manufacturers and transportation companies on a regional, national and international basis. She focuses on executive-level search projects in the manufacturing, engineering and transportation/logistics sectors for The Angel Group. She holds both a master's degree in economics and a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Kentucky.
