 Human Resources Human Resources Manager Our client has created a new opportunity for a Human Resources manager to oversee the full cycle recruiting process for all exempt, non-exempt and intern positions within the corporation including job evaluation, search strategy development, internal and external sourcing,screening and interviewing, offer negotiations and presentation. Will develop and administer various Human Resources plans, policies, procedures. Responds to employee/labor relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, civil rights complaints and EEOC charges. Assists in the preparation/evaluation of reports, decisions, and results in relation to reaching established HR goals. Reports to the Director of Human Resources. Requires 7+ years HR experience including employee relations, staffing and EEO including 3 years generalist level experience. Experience translating written documentation from English to Spanish or vice versa; must fluently speak/translate English and Spanish. BSBA degree is required. Located in Louisville, KY.
